Med Mart had what I needed to bring my husband home from a month in hospital and rehab. We are both living on Social Security and small savings so money is tight at times- I'm not complaining- we are more fortunate than so many other elderly people. I was amaze, it was late right before you closed for the evening. I talked the help desk I got a quote for a Protekt® STS500 Compact Sit-to-Stand Lift SKU: 34500-COM-30669SA.I Had trouble with my password after I had paid for it to get in to my account. I believe Kristan was who I talked with. Got everything straighten out. Got a message it had shipped on Monday morning and it is sitting in my living room at 12:00 Thursday. When online to look for a cushion for my wheelchair, found the item I wanted right away ordered it. Your website was amazing. Had to reach out to customer service over an address. The issue the representative was so nice. There was no waite time at all. I ordered it on 17 June and received it on 18 June. Great service.

I would advise you to be extremely careful when doing business with Med Mart, Indeed, in order to avoid being financially raped, I would avoid doing business with Med Mart. After I had placed my order with Med Mart, I found their prices to be three or more times higher than the prices of other companies. Moreover, Med Mart sold me very expensive parts (thousands of dollars) that I did not want or need. Med Mart told me that they could not sell me what I wanted and needed without selling me the parts I did not need or want. When I finally got Med Mart to allow me to return the parts that I did not want or need, they raped me yet again. The charged me hundreds of dollars for restocking fees and crazy prices for the parts that I did need. In sum, I would run, not walk, away from Med Mart. It is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that I was ripped off by this company. Therefore, it is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that the company is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical.
