Robotshop thank you

After only two years of service, the plastic axles of my SolarSun automatic skinner paddle wheels have got worn out, making gears rattling instead of propelling the ship. Despite the evident refusal of the firm to produce the necessary spare parts, Robotshop has found proper parts to help me out of that mess. Robotshop thank you a lot. It took you three months, but you did it. Thank you!

I bought a Lavvie Litter Robot for $899…

I bought a Lavvie Litter Robot for $899 in April 2021, May 2021 it broke. I contacted the support, and instead of being offered help they asked me to record the malfunction. How can I record something that doesn't work? They have since ignored me and not offered a refund. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! 27th September Update: Still being denied the original 30 day money back guarantee despite contacting Robotshop within 30 days of purchase (Ordered April 6th, LavvieBot broke on April 29th, messaged the customer support on the same day)

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, you spend 400+ pounds with a shop only to have zero communication from them. They take your money and just don’t tell you they sold you an item they do not have in stock. A week down the line no dispatch information and zero communication they eventually respond to an email saying they don’t have the item. Not even offering a refund or alternative. AVOID AVOID AVOID Update: since review all quickly resolved and extra issues resolved quickly
