I ordered a $677 package on July the 11th. For a community event. The package was need by July 27th. However, the package was routed wrong and damaged by someone else in the shipping process. I requested a refund. Since I never received the package. And will not get it on time. I asked for a refund. And was told I had to wait until they get it back and inspect it. It's been two weeks since I ordered. We are both in Illinois. So I should have gotten it within 3 days. Today is July 22nd. The package is somewhere in Wyoming. I shouldn't have to wait to be refunded. And they know I didn't get it and will not get it on time. It's coming back to them. I want a cash refund. I shouldn't have to wait to be refunded for someone else error. No telling when I will get my money back. Customer service says there is no manager to talk to. They have lost my business. I will not be ordering again.

My delivery is always prompt, which I appreciate very much. I like the quality of the wigs also. I wish when you search the site that once you click on the wig you’d like to view it goes back to where you left off searching and not have to start from the beginning or top of page each time you return to look at all of the wigs. And not to lose items in your cart if a few hours or a day goes by. I love your affordable wigs though!

10/100 if you're looking for a beginner-friendly wig that doesn't require much work, this is the one for you. Every time I get one of their wigs, the lace always stands out the most to me. No need for plucking—just hit it with a hot comb to flatten it down, and you're good to go. Delivery was earlier than expected, and the packaging was perfect.

Sam’s Beauty Hairology Product didn’t work and I bought 16 of them. I wanted to Return this Product! But I wasn’t allowed to do so. I contacted Sam’s 5-6 times telling you that the Product didn’t Work. They’re not Damaged. The Directions Say “ Tap The Bottom Twice” Swirl around to move Fibers 2-3 inches away Spray Pump Upright/ Depress Hard! I have done this 20-Times and nothing is coming out of the Bottle. I bought 16-Bottles of Hairology Hair Thickening Fibers to Help My Hair Alopecia look Natural. Nothing Comes Out of the Bottle.
