I had a problem with some Freetress hair I purchased. When my stylist used the hair it did not pull apart cleanly and tangled. I had to purchase more hair locally. I sent a message to customer service with no resolution. I asked for a discount to purchase some Kima hair with no response. I would have expected an offer for replacement but nothing.
