Item availability issue....

Well I ordered some new lures in October and just received some of them yesterday 12/8/21 and others are on the way. Not sure what happened on why it took so long to get the lures.

Jorge, Your order for the pre-ordered Gilly Swimbaits shipped as soon as they came in from the manufacturer and the second part of your order is showing as out for delivery today after shipping out on 12/8 via USPS. Please let us know if they do not arrive as expected. Our apologies for the delay, these baits are extremely hard to come by at this time and shipped out as soon as we received them from the manufacturer.

Well, that was easy........AND FAST!!!

Placed my order. Initially, received everything fast and prompt as promised except for the rod as it was coming from a supplier's warehouse. Waited several days without and word or notification.. I eventually called up to see what was going on and almost immediately got a rep. The rep explained the delay and offered to switch out the original rod for a similar rod of the same make and model that was for the same price without any charge. The rod arrived two to three days later and I can't wait to start using it next year.

i received my order the day after i…

i received my order the day after i ordered it. tackle direct is the best. unfortunately i had to return the reel. i ordered left hand by mistake. tracking says you should get it today,and then you will send me the right hand version. i worked it out with Brendon he was very helpfull. cant wait to get my new reel thanks

Item said 7-14 business days when I…

Item said 7-14 business days when I placed order, nearly 2 months later it finally shipped, and arrived with scratches all over it. Didn't bother returning because of how long it took to get. EDIT: Tyler from tackle direct gave me a call after reading my review and he made things right and gave me a partial credit back towards my combo. I am very pleased with their willingness to correct things.
