Help with fraudulent charge
There was a fraudulent charge from Templatemonster on my bank account. I contacted them to get help with this and they were very helpful. They verified that is was fraudulent as the name and contact email did not match mine. The charge was canceled and I was able to alert my bank. I appreciated the help and willingness to correct this issue. They were quick and professional.

I have used several templates from Template Monster. They have all proven to be easy to use and effective. There have been those special times I needed a developer to assist me in adjusting or creating something new in the template. I have worked with Ethan Hill on several websites to assist me in development. He has always met and exceeded the challenges I've asked him to do. Had a error downloading a template
Had a problem downloading a template i purchased over a year ago, used the chat for help, was quick to reply and solved my issue in minutes, cant fault the support chat
Monster one package didn't delivered
I have been told in website that if a buy "monster one", I'll be getting many Wordpress sites for free. But now, I cannot. You only see chatbots giving fake talk. I tried a whole day and said "Either pay me back or give me the features that you've promised.". Nothing. Worst spend 150 dollars ever.

Wide range of templates so that is a good thing. However the purchasing process is a pain.... Creating a password of 60 random characters - normal and special - and numbers gives a vague error. Shorter password works but is less secure. Password is not valid is too vague when it matches the list of hints underneath. Phone number to place an order for a digital product.... Really? Turns out they want to call you for verification purposes. Who has time for that? Then another verification step by sending a photo of your card... Last 4 digits only. Again too much of a hassle. Stripe has all the tools needed to determine the risk of a payment attempt. If they approve it's almost certainly a legit purchase. Security and taking care of data is good but you have to take usability into account as well. And for a quick purchase of a document template this is just too much of a hassle. If I have time within the next 48 hours I'll follow up with them... But I already wasted some time on writing this :)
