Prior to downloading, I found a note "confirm version" and sure enough I was on too new of a version for the theme I purchased. I asked them to cancel the order while I found one that worked, and they did right away! Thats a great experience.

A disgrace of a company. I bought a template from them and paid for them to install it, but then they told the the developer had not updated it, so i gave them 10 days to sort it, but that never happened. I asked them to refund me as the other templates which they were trying to push on me were not suitable. I kept asking for a refund but they just dint answer, so in the end i had to open a PayPal case with them, now bare in mind i have paid them for a service and template which they never supplied and i laid my case to PayPal and after a month they found in favour of Template Monster!! In what world do you buy a product and get nothing for it and the payment handler says that's fine. So much for buyer protection on PayPal. All i can say to anybody reading this is STAY AWAY FROM TEMPLATE MONSTER, as they are nothing short of scamming money.

They offer "unlimited" subscription which is NOT UNLIMITED. Their automated anti-fraud system can block your account if you download more than a few things a day. Therefore, you have to plan your downloads to be spread throughout your subscription time, which is absolute nonsense. My account was blocked, and I wrote to their support. They unblocked it, but after a while, it got blocked again. They are so freaking scared of fraudsters, though I bet those who wanted to steal their previous templates have already done that. The selection of templates was good, though some of them look good but have poor functionality and editability. You have to download several backup templates, but it's hard for the reason above. Update for the reply: I did email customer service, for some reason chat was useless, they've unblocked me after my lengthy humiliating explanation of WHY I NEEDED ALL THOSE FILES, but i was blocked again after downloading 3 files I've been curating for a month. I've spent the whole month curating my collections and i was left humiliated for my own money with your team who don't even bother to look into matter. Template monster is a huge corporation, and even though they sell a lot of crap they don't care about individual customer - i had to try 3 templates before i found the one which worked for me, and it was the reason i had to download several templates for each of my projects. And if you make a video and need a bulk of footage and stock videos you won't be able to do anything, you'll be labelled as a "fraudster". Don't use if you are an honest user and need a bulk of files.

Damon is Da Man!! After spending $500 Aud on a website theme. It turned out i out a typo in my email. After chatting to somebody for 30mins already with no outcome, I was almost tempted to request a refund, cancel my account and go buy a template somewhere.
