Skylar was so amazing. I've gone through several travel agents in the past but no one have compared to Sklyar. She took her time with me, she waited until I received my confirmation email and read it. She really want me to feel comfortable with the process. This was my first time using the company and I said to Skylar can call you when I need a ticket. She was so awesome, she need an award for her kindness, honesty and her excellent customer service. Customer service was fine, had to be on call for a while when they messed up booking my ticket for me and i had to get a different schedule. Fortunately, it got done. I spoke with 3 or 4 different service agents, but in the end it was Barry who actually got me my ticket

Please please do not book with TravelMerry. They are a bunch of liers who just charge you extra money and postpone your reservation to create panic. I purchased a ticket with this site for $1618.73 From SFO to IST. They emailed me to call them, the call was connect to India and the agent charged me extra $80. After a couple of days because I did not receive my final reservation, I contacted them and they said the final ticket will be issued within 24-48 hours. I contacted them five days after their response and they asked me to call them over the phone. When I called they told me my return was available on a different day and because they had already charged me nearly $588 for “fees and taxes” they coerced me to accept the new date and again with another extra charges. Eventually they sold me a ticket with a different return date for $1884.73. I found the same ticket on cheapoair for $1670. They are totally fraud!!!!
