Flight confirmed within the promised 24 hour time frame. I was not accustomed not receiving immediate flight confirmation and was skeptical. I also appreciated receiving a call from the service representative telling me the confirmation had been emailed and providing the Alaska Air ticket code so that I could easily verify the booking directly on Alaska Air. The representative also stated that he would send the boarding passes for the 2-segment flight 24 hours prior to departure.

The customer service team, including Barry Anderson, was very curteous and helpful. We had some issues with processing my credit card payment and he was very re-assuring and patient. He very clearly explained the process and assured me my flight tickets were secure despite the delay.

There was an issue with the airline processing the type of card I used to reserve the flight, but Leon (who worked with me) was very communicative and helpful and made sure I was updated and still got my flights at a discounted price as quickly as was possible.
