I started with the AI editor. It did a great job setting up my initial theme and page layouts. For more detailed edits, it wasn't quite understanding but I wanted it to do or my prompts were not good enough so I switched to the regular editing and that had a bit of a learning curve but I eventually got it. There are still tons of possible buttons and stuff to add that I'm not exactly sure what they do and we'll have to one day explore.

My website is easy for me to manage as a solo business owner with mediocre tech skills. Even if it takes me some time to learn to use the tools, eventually I do learn that the tools have all the features I need. There have been very, very few technical difficulties - which makes me trust the platform.

5 wks ago suspended watcher.ie now wiped. Did not get to migrate. 8 yrs data gone. Customer service loop robot is all I can say. We r trying thru programmer at enormous cost to get our data so that we can migrate. Data is more valuable than gold and truth is WordPress likevMeta et al r using fools who give for free and becoming proprietors of said to data to enhance their profits. We must have rights but the truth is we r pawns of monopolies

I purchased a business level WordPress account so that I would have access to technical support. I changed computers and then struggled to gain access to my website for several months. The AI agent just kept telling me to fill out the same form (a dozen times) and it didn’t work for a variety of reasons. I’m at the point I really just want to cancel my account and delete my presence with WordPress.

After cancelling my plan, my domain (repairworld.uk) disappeared from my dashboard, even though I still owned it. This made it very difficult to access DNS settings and manage the domain. It took over a week to get a proper response from support, and most initial replies came from automated systems which weren’t helpful for my situation. However, once a human support agent got involved, the issue was resolved quickly and my domain was restored. Overall, the platform works, but the user interface and support process can be confusing, especially for new users.

This company does not provide everything. Then if you decide to cancel, there´s no one to speak with. EVEN if you cancel your account on your own, THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU. THEN there´s no one to talk to on the phone nor an email to contact. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SITE BY ANY MEANS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I would like to share my great experience with WordPress. They have just built me a second custom website. It is excellent, with all the built in features of SEO, spam protection, smooth checkout process. The website's overall appearance was built on my requests and provided content of videos, pictures, About US, Our Mission statements. I have had a website hosted previously by another company that advertised heavily and although I had seen references to WordPress as being number ONE in website building and hosting, I did not check them out at that time. My experience with older company was dissatisfactory, but at least I now have 2 websites built and serviced by the best company in the industry. Finally- help desk support provided by Happiness Engineers is super great, always friendly, upbeat and geared to fully help with all the questions and issues of concern. I highly recommend WordPress to have a website for your products and services, they are indeed number 1 in the industry for productivity of anyone's website. I am writing this review after having an experience that made me livid. I have multiple domains and multiple websites through Wordpress. They are frankly expensive compared to other companies and their customer service/tech support leaves something to be desired. I had a domain that randomly stopped forwarding one afternoon when I actively had clients trying to use it. After goofing around with their AI assistant, I was finally told I could speak to a Happiness Engineer. It took forever to get a response. I was never given anyone's name either, so I have no clue who I was talking to or if the person was actually a human or another bot. The first one basically said, "Be patient and I'll fix it." Hours went by and nothing. Finally, when the next person showed up, I was given a case of the run-around. When I said this was urgent and I was ignored, the person responded, "Sorry if you thought of it that way." No, but you will be when I get on Trustpilot over it. Good grief. This is so unacceptable to me. And in the end, the fix was simple! It could have been handled in less than five minutes if anyone cared. Shame on you, Wordpress.
