Dealing with the Wordpress ‘Happiness Engineers’ system has been excellent. I had a number of difficulties and problems in getting the best out of my new site. Finding appropriate commands was tricky. I spent a morning getting focussed, helpful and accurate advice. Is their devs stuck in the past? and refuse to adapt to new UI?, seems like it. The website editor is extremely confusing to use!, even editing a text/font it's jumping through several hoops to find it, and then add images and new text it doesn't go in place properly, not a real drag and drop, more like a drag and get stuck again. Thanks to Chatgpt it helped me find things, without... it be back in the old days watching tons of videos just to figure out where the change font color is!. I wasted 1 week building a website, then for unknown reason the whole project disappeared!, I kept saving, and I do not touch any code configs. Started today to rebuild again, went to edit but got "error, your theme is not installed", even though it was, so I did a reset, reinstalled the theme, again... "error". Should I waste another 1-2hrs trying to find the error in this complicated platform, helll no!, I give up!. Back to other website builders, cost a bit more but less headache and more reliable!

I had been away awhile and was nervous about coming back, fearing it would have gotten more complex. It remains basically intuitive, so I was able to get into production same day. And it was still fun to do.

our wordpress website keeps going down, we don't know why this happens. then it goes back up. We are losing so many customers because of this. the wordpress support chat is like ai and do not do anything to help you. they ignored my even for hours. i'm still waiting for solution. shopify was much better than this.

Used to recommend them all the time. It was simple to use, hosted many a site with them, great customer service. Now? It's terrible. Bloated content and options. No customer service unless you think AI is valid for all of its assumptions and vague responses. I have to say I hate Wordpress at this point but I'm so longterm a customer that starting elsewhere is (Almost) too daunting...then again, it's a shit show right now.

I have not noticed any problems yet. Wordpress has been easy to use for the most part. I am really new at creating a working website with links and everything. Wordpress was fairly easy for me to learn and the website looks great, thanks to the hints from Wordpress.

I was surprised that Wordpress provided live support for onboarding sessions. The guidance, clarity and encouragement I got from the session with Eze was excellent and just what I could have used in the beginning of my blogging efforts. Tutorials, AI chatbots are useful but live collaboration is much better and necessary.

Awful experience trying to design company website. Images kept going missing. Pages flickering on screen. Slideshow would disappear. Ai would'nt alter text in images. Poor design package. Gave up in the end after wasted hours.

All I wanted to do was write and post blogs. This has been an absolutely terrible and awful experience. It is just not user friendly at all and way, way over complicated. After all this time, we did know know there was a Jet Pak app so we never saw all the up to date information. After the Word Press rep helped us set everything up, we noticed the Jet Pak app was active. Our previous provider never showed us this
