The system is just like they say, the program wants you to believe the problem is that it doesn't work the way they say case in point, my wife check out the website and found what she was looking for and even got as far as to make an appointment and that was great only to have the appointment canceled and not only canceled but without even an explanation, so yeah it's not as they make out to be. The only reason I gave it a one star is because you can't post anything with zero star.
