⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful virtual visit with the physician assistant for my 16-year-old son's acne. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She listened carefully to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. She developed a clear treatment plan, explained how and when to use each medication, and set realistic expectations for improvement. My son felt comfortable throughout the appointment, and we both left feeling confident that he was in great hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and informative dermatology care.
