Dissatisfied

I bought this to connect the 5 in 1 to WiFi to be able to see whats happening at our home in real time like rain totals and wind during bad storms. We'll 2 days in and 6 hours wasted and the app still does not reflect anything. Its connected to WiFi and my online account is working but nothing on the Acurite Now app. I followed the easy instructions with nothing but issues. I have seen different variations of these directions on line but I am so tired of trying now I just want to return everything. I did get a response from Acurite but no resolution on the issue so at this time I am very let down. This should not be this difficult 😑!! Update 3 days later. So I read lots of reviews and saw one that mentioned that the Acurite NOW app doesn't work yet for some folks and to use the My Acurite app so I downloaded that and everything works fine now. Not sure whats up with all the confusion but that was my issue. One star remains because I had to research myself and if they are converting over to to new app then they should put all this information somewhere to have options until the new app is working for everyone.

I tried to purchase an annual…

I tried to purchase an annual subscription so my Weather station account would interface with Weather underground. However, when I applied the purchase, it came back saying I still owed $.28. No matter what I did, I was not able to pay the additional $.28. So I bought a monthly subscription just to see if I can get it to work. Which gave me a second account. I still have not been able to pay the remaining balance of $.28 for the annual subscription so I basically have wasted. I believe it was 1999 or something like that. Additionally, not all my information from my weather station uploads to weather underground apparently the barometric pressure humidity in a couple other items not crossover. Which upsets me.
