We try to be as consistent as possible with our sizing and all styles are fit tested as part of our product development process. Styles may fit differently due to differences in design and customers may need to select a bigger or smaller size to find the most suitable fit. I've been a Clarks fan for over 40…
I've been a Clarks fan for over 40 years. When the are at a affordable price I pick up a pair or 2. Been wearing Clarks since high school 80's.

We ordered the wrong size, and thru excellent customer service, the return and replacement was seamless.
I bought these shoes as a Christmas gift
I bought these shoes as a gift for someone else and they say that they really like them and they are very comfortable, and they arrived on time for Christmas.

Clarks is a great brand to wear and they last
I’ve bought five pair of clerks within the last nine months one in the store for online unfortunately one of the pair was not made as well as the others and it’s the same pair that I have two other pair of so it just didn’t feel right. After some difficulty, I was able to finally hook up with someone and I was able to send them back and get a refund. I hope I haven’t checked yet. Evidently they weren’t made as well as the other two pair that I have purchased but all in all, I love your brand and I love your shoes.

I ordered a pair of boots that ended up being a size too large. The process was easy with the choice to exchange for the correct size. The replacement pair fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and stylish. I also ordered dress shoes with a heel. They fit perfectly and are the most comfy dress shoes I ever owned.
