Scam artists. I no longer use their templates and so I logged in to cancel. I tried and it kept giving an error message. I selected to downgrade to their free account - great, it showed their was no payment due. A few days later, the yearly payment leaves my account! No worries, ill reach out to their customer service team and explain... nope, got told their was no refunds to ensure 'fairness' to their customers!? Ive tried again to cancel the subscription and its still giving me the same error! Looks like a chargeback through the bank it is

During my introductory call to compare themes Mirza was very helpful and not pushy like salesman. He walked me through the new theme compared to my current Empire theme. He even helped me fix an issue with my current theme I could not figure out. Mirza explained the advantages of Debutify and the focus on upsell/down sells that sets them apart. While helping me make my decision, Mirza made it very clear our current theme and website design looks and functions well. I love that there was no pressure that I "must" switch to grow my business. Now I can take my time and create a good design with Debutify while still using my current theme for customers. This takes the immediate stress away since I have a full-time job also.
