Extremely overpriced. Absolutely ZERO human help unless you can wait 4-5 days for a response. I've had an active subscription with this service for 2 years, and at of no where my account gets marked for deletion. I got an email that said I haven't signed into the website in over 12 months. I sign it and change some things, and 5 days later get a final deletion email. No customer support at all. If I didn't spend two weeks setting up my shopify with this app I would switch to something else in a heart beat.
DO NOT USE IT- TRUST ME!

I’ve been using Debutify for three years. Overall, I like the theme, but updating it has been a real struggle. I’m still stuck on version 4 because the update process is too complicated. I reached out to support twice with detailed explanations, but never got a reply. It’s frustrating to pay for a product and not get any help when you need it.

• A modern coding structure
• Full compatibility with Shopify OS 2.0
• Many new features and improvements
Please note that it’s not possible to update directly from v4 to v8, so you would need to reapply your edits on a fresh copy of v8.

So I had heard good things about Debutify but upon installing it my site came to a screeching halt. Page load times doubled. Not sure if it was me or the theme however. That said, I had the theme for maybe 3 days before canceling. Thinking Debutify would honor at least a partial refund I was met with a rigid "no refunds" policy. Not a good experience especially to be out over $400 in a business with tight margins.

In your case, the subscription was started manually, and as clearly stated in our terms, Debutify has a no-refund policy.
We understand your frustration, but our policies are in place to ensure fairness and transparency for all users.
I have used their reviews app which is really good compared to JudgeMe. Many free things are there which is better than judge me. Plus it gives me more customisation compared to any other reviews app.
