I canceled my subscription early in the trial period and they still billed me. I informed them of their error less than a day after they sent the receipt and they refuse to give me a refund. If they are so desperate to get $29 even if it means losing a customer for good, they are not the kind of company anyone should trust.

In your case, the subscription was started manually, and as clearly stated in our terms, Debutify has a no-refund policy. We understand your frustration, but our policies are in place to ensure fairness and transparency for all users.
I’ve been getting constant promotional emails from this company, yet they somehow never manage to send a reminder that my subscription is about to auto-renew for a whopping $711. As soon as the charge hit my card, I contacted them immediately. I explained that I’d enjoyed the service the past year, but from now on, the basic plan would be enough. Their answer? “We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience, but there’s nothing we can do.” Excuse me? Nothing you can do after charging $711 without warning? I run a business myself so I know very well that there’s always something you can do when you actually want to help a customer. They offered no options, no goodwill, no flexibilit, just hid behind a copy-pasted refund policy like robots. This isn’t customer service. It’s deliberate exploitation. Do not trust this company. If you still choose to subscribe, make sure to cancel well in advance otherwise you’ll be stuck with a massive charge and absolutely no chance of getting your money back. Appalling experience. Never again.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! Most of these reviews are fake! They have the worst customer service team in all of the shopify third party apps ive needed to talk to. 6 days for “live” chat and still not reply !!? And so many other carts and apps are not compatible with there store. Save yourself the trouble of getting developers to constantly fix your store and being ignored by the debutify team cos they’re a bunch of dogs.

I love the free theme. It looks really professional on my website. I don't have to pay ridiculous amounts. The setup is easy. I did struggle with somethings which they helped with very quickly. I'm happy with the way everything worked out.

Atrociously bad support, the stupid bot tries to answer your question but doesn't, 1 week later I get a reply and answer immediately as they have completely ignored my explanation on the technical issue, my reply again goes unanswered. Meanwhile I cant log into my account so my business is completely stalled while I just wait and wait and wait. The product itself is not bad, far from awesome but is let down but the worst support ever, on this alone I cant recommend the product and wont be renewing my plan at expiry as there are too may other good products out there to choose from.

Customer support has significantly deteriorated. It used to be reliable, but now all I receive are automated replies—no actual human follow-up. It's incredibly frustrating when you're facing technical issues and can't get real assistance. On top of that, there seems to be a new bug on the theme almost every other week. It affects workflow and productivity, and with no support to resolve it, it becomes a recurring hassle
