I have been using Debutify for a while now and I really like the layout they have given my store. Also whenever I have come across any problems my account manager Mirza has been amazing. He is really good and have solved all my problems so big up!! I will continue to use Debutify to scale my store!

I removed Debutify from my website and…
I removed Debutify from my website and thought the subscription would stop. But no, I was debited the following month. I contacted the customer service and they told me that in their policy, they couldn't issue refunds. This is one of the only Shopify applications I know of that does this, really disappointing.

It is necessary to cancel your subscription with Debutify before uninstalling or stop using our Debutify app. Otherwise, you will be charged according to your plan. I am setting up my store with Shopify…
I am setting up my store with Shopify and one of the things that I wanted to integrate with is Debutify Themes. I've been having trouble, like a lot, doing so. So, I decided to reach out to your customer service department where I was helped by Mirza. I can't say or praise her enough. The patience she has had with me, the prompt response to all of my emails and finally, the solution to my problems!! Thank you Mirza for all of your help.
