I had an on going problem with changing the products on my theme for a very long time. I reached out to Shopify and Debutify. I asked to speak with someone so that the process of fixing the issue would be easier and I was given Mirza Asad. He was patient, understanding, skillful and very knowledgeable. What took months to fix, he fixed with in one meeting. I asked him to go slowly so that I could write down the steps he was showing me to fix the problem for future use but he made me a video instead which was much more efficient and less time consuming. He is an asset to Debutify.

As noted by a few users here, the customer support agent is nowhere to be found. I was trying to migrate my website to the Debutify theme and encountered a few issues. I was never able to reach customer support in real-time, as responses took 2 to 3 hours or even a full day. It's challenging to work under such conditions, especially when dealing with tight deadlines. Due to this, we have decided not to migrate to Debutify—we can't risk our business over this.

Awesome free theme for people just starting out. They have every feature you need and it’s better than any other free Shopify theme and even a lot of expensive paid themes. Mirza on the support team took time on his day off from work to help me resolve an issue that was being caused by a 3rd party app I was using. I recently changed my Shopify store theme to Debutify. So far, I ve had great experience. Mirza one of the account managers is amazing. He gets on calls either me whenever I have any technical difficulties. The theme itself is great too.

I’ve been trying to reach Debutify’s support team via live chat for several days without receiving a single response. It’s been over a week now, and I’ve also emailed them multiple times—still no reply. I’m facing significant issues with the website, and there are many problems I cannot solve on my own. Because of this, my site has been non-functional, and I couldn’t launch it properly to start generating revenue. I never expected such poor customer service from a company like this. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I hope this issue will be resolved soon, but I’m left wondering if I made the right choice.

Worst theme ever. I've been trying to reach someone at Debutify to help with a MAJOR bug in their cart template that is miscalculation sales. Not only did it take over an our to FIND the customer support email (there is no chat or email to reach out to), but I have not received a response for days. Conversion rate has been down significantly in my cart, and there's no other reason than this .
