I asked InfoTracer to search for a friend that I was unable to locate in January 2026. The search was thorough but not very helpful in locating him. There was simply inaccurate information. Regardless I was ok with paying for the the service.. $19.95 US converted to $28 CA on Paypal. Unfortunately the single payment I thought that I was paying for the search turned into subscription and I was billed two more times before I realized it. I was able to cancel on Paypal and then called InfoTracer to request a refund, I was issued one and the person I contacted was very helpful although somewhat difficult to understand. Anyway a caution when using this service.

The service didn’t give me what I was looking for. I was initially refused a refund by the first person I spoke with, but was later called back by somebody who informed me that I was granted a refund. I appreciate the help.
