Luggage Forward did a great job getting our luggage to Amsterdam on time, on the ship, in our suite.. In Budapest they went the extra mile to insure pickup at our hotel as the Viking crew left our luggage on the dock and left for high water in a panic. Passengers who recognized our luggage and knew that we used Luggage Forward insisted Viking personnel get it to our hotel. Luggage Forward upon notification of where the luggage was located picked it up within 10 hours of said notification. No question they are the best. On top of that our luggage arrived at our home 2 days ahead of the scheduled time.
