Luggage Forward was able to receive and store our bag for 2 weeks before our transatlantic trip. (We were traveling around the UK by train and didn’t want to carry the luggage we were only using on the ship.)
I was initially nervous that it wouldn’t make it before we sailed, but we didn’t have to worry. It was in our stateroom when we arrived! The team at Luggage Forward made it happen and always kept us updated on its location and status.

I had to chase tags, not sent to my house in time, then LF sent them to the hotel. That was nice, except they were mixed in with someone else’s tags from Australia. Customer service answers in about two days, I got a return call after leaving a message in four. I received my item that I shipped in the estimated time, which was great.
