Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve been on the phone for almost 4 hours and still have not got my problem. Solved would not recommend this phone service to anyone ever.

I have more than one number registered & managed by me for other family members but unfortunately when you text me don't specify the phone # which makes me unsure about which number you are talking about.
