Impressive Virtual Call Center Team!

Today, the Onsip Team did an excellent job walking me through the process of launching a Call Center for a crisis response. They stepped me through the entire process within one hour. I am not a super tech person but because of the ease of use of the system plus a great tech team, we had no difficulties and we now have our virtual call center up and running. I highly recommend OnSip.

Broken promises

We had a compromised debit card. Because your company couldn't do the refill, our phone service was disconned once I found out about it. Onsip could have notified a long standing customer. When will Onsip take care of the crappy app? More broken promises over the past 5 or more years
