The service by the tech was great but

The service by the tech was great. He was informative, polite, and efficient. The only thing I was not happy about was the ad saying I would get a fair price for the service. I just think $250 for the cost of a less than one-hour simple repair was more than I expected. The last time I had an in-home repair done was just a few months ago by a different company; the maintenance cost was $150. Fair is fair; $250 is not.
