The perfect place!
There was everything one could need except for a wall clock and a box of tissues. Other than that our stay was perfect! The host was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this studio to any one wanting an effortless stay!

Disaster!! No room at the Inn...
Our booking for the visit of our son and granddaughter was abruptly canceled at 11pm on Christmas Eve, leaving us devastated and without explanation or the ability to rectify the situation. The person on your help line was very apologetic and kind, but could be of no assistance to explain the problem or make it right. This cottage is perfect for our needs, close to our own home, yet separate and self contained for our guests, and upon receiving confirmation of our booking, I went ahead and canceled the hotel booking I had made for them a month ago. But of course that is no longer available - it being the holiday season in Florida! I am honestly sick to my stomach about this, and spent half my Christmas Day in tears. PLEASE help me to make this right...

Last minute cancellations like these are generally due to urgent maintenance needs that make the property unsafe or unsuitable for rental. This listing has been paused on our service until our team can confirm that the rental is again able to accommodate guests.
The website is easy to use
The website is easy to use. Instructions are clear on cancellation or changes. Unfortunately I had to cancel a trip in October and I received a full refund within a couple of days. And then I extended my current reservation that is coming up in 3 weeks and it was done the same day I requested it.

Daunting experience - never again
I am appalled to learn that this is a corporation that buys up these properties. This is not a mom-n-pop operation. this is not individuals that just hire these guys as a management company. It is my understanding that it is a foreign owned corporation taking all the money out of the town they operate in. Making rents skyrocket for everyday workers. On top of that - I have had to go through no less than 4 different verification attempts. each time they throw another at me. Why in the world would a person need verified more than once? I am concerned and suspicious of their intentions. they've asked for multiple emails, multiple phone numbers, multiple shots of my drivers license..... and it is never enough. they keep asking for more

Thank you for your feedback. RedAwning does not individually own any properties, is US based, and does contract with both management companies and individual owners. In order to prevent vacation rental fraud some reservations are subject to an additional verification process. We do apologize if you felt this process was excessive or inconvenient. BEWARE TOXIC BLACK MOLD THROUGHOUT UNIT !!!
0 Stars. DO NOT RENT from RedAwning!! They knowingly rented a toxic black mold infested unit #1000 at Ocean Manor 4040 Galt Ocean drive Ft. Lauderdale. Nauseating stench, black mold throughout unit, Windows are barred from opening, only air circulation from black gunk and dust clogged vents. We fled unit in under 2 hours. Made my family ill! Had to find immediate alternative accommodation. WORST rental experience ever! Renter beware!!!

Bring your own bedding?
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the quaint little house downtown in Phoenix. The area was quiet, and the house was clean and welcoming. Our only complaint would be the sheets and bed. The sheets had lint balls from being tumbled in the dryer, and there were enough of them to be uncomfortable while sleeping. Bring your own bedding?
