He lied to me
He lied to me, i had a family funeral and needed it to check-in a hotel room at 1pm and he said that everything was confirmed then get there the lady on the front desk told me that the check in were supposed to be at 4pm so there's wasn't nothing for me before the funeral, so i had to find another hotel myself to get ready with my daughters before the funeral. Im very disappointed about your services

I called Comfort Inn Suites. Somehow it ended up with a 3rd party. I specifically asked for two rooms for 4 adults got only 1 room for 4 adults who would not sleep in a hotel room together. We need privacy. You gave me a crazy price of almost $2000 The rate was 3 times the normal daily rate. Then you said $1400 but still only one room at a hotel that is normally $160 a night to be over $600 a night is price gouging. The room is horrible filthy and unsanitary. Dust like the room has never been cleaned in over 2 years. The floors are filthy. Fake eyelashes on the floor more evidence of filth. This is the worst customer service in the world and experience with any hotel service. $1400 for unclean conditions.The Marriot and Hyatt is not this high. Ritz Carlton is $600 night. I am so disappointed and ripped off

my company card wouldn’t cover 4 rooms…
my company card wouldn’t cover 4 rooms for 4 nights, so i called directly and Narciso helped me secure the rooms for the dates we needed after explaining we would pay for each room separately with our company cards, and he didn’t bs me, it all worked out after checking in. thanks for being an understanding customer service rep. hats off to you for finding a way to secure our rooms for the dates needed!!
