What people say

The person who took my reservation was… she did not give me her name but the time was about 1:20 EST

The person who took my reservation was very incompetent. Every bit of information I had her she keyed in wrong. I had to repeat the credit card information 6 times before she got it correct. What was particularly irritating was that she did not listen and tried to rush me through the process with the incorrect information. The final thing that she did that was completely unacceptable is that she made my reservation at the Belvoir inn in Springfield, WV when I told her I needed the reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield,Ill. When I asked her to cancel it she referred me to customer support at a different number. Not sure what your process is for training these people who are answering phones and taking reservations but this gal was completely not capable of completing the basic key entry tasks.
