Lilly was extremely nice and helpful. It was full in 2 places and we almost lost at the third. It must be very busy in the area we wanted to stop. She helped find a place close to the highway that would accommodate our needs.

This was a terrible experience.

This was a terrible experience. I actually spoke with someone who was AI and was quoted a room rate of $156 per night for two nights. After taking my credit card information which I had to give 5 or so times, she stated my card would be charged for over $475 which seemed excessive for taxes. I asked to cancel and she gave me another phone number to call and again it was an AI person that answered and I had to ask twice to be transferred to a real person. He was helpful and offered to defund my card $70+ which was helpful. If you are going to utilize AI, please provide a total before getting someone’s credit card information. We were also supposed to get a discounted rate for Champion Auto Group but not sure that happened either which is the only reason I didn’t do the reservation online.

Nothing, it was frustrating making this reservation. The person repeated things back so fast & was difficult to understand it was hard to know if it was correct & she would not stop talking so I could ask a question.

Hotel switched to one 32 miles away!

At the end, you switched me to a different hotel and said you did it because it was closer to the Meijer Botanic Garden. It turns out the hotel you switched me to is 32 miles away from the Garden. The hotel that I had chosen was five minutes away, not forty five minutes away! I am very upset!
