Chris and Rex MD Saved the Day for me! Hi called Rex MD customer service this…

Hi called Rex MD customer service this morning and had the sincere pleasure of speaking with Chris. I desperately needed to cancel my prescription refill order that I made about 2 days ago through the patient portal online. Chris was so calm and understanding and professional and calmed my concerns right away. He cancelled my subscription for refills right away and assured me I wouldn't be charged and explained that when I am ready to resume the medication it will be easy and all I need to do is call back in. I am having the worst week of my life and this interaction gave me hope that my week will turn around now. Thank you so much Rex MD and Chris. I have the highest accolades for you and continue to have the best experience.

Moya was great

Moya was great. She said she would cancel any further prescriptions. I was unaware that my order was reoccurring in the first place. For that reason I will not be ordering anything in the future from REX MD. The only thing, I wish she would have confirmed the cancellation by sending an email confirmation of the cancellation. I’m not sure if it’s automatic but I wish she would have mentioned she would and that I would receive one. She was very helpful however.
