I like how you saved my documents so I could come back and modify them. We don’t have many legal needs right now, so that’s why I didn’t subscribe, but I absolutely will when we have legal needs in the future.

I had to prepare a few legal documents for the sale of my business for banking purposes. They wouldn't transfer the accounts to the new owner without these documents. Using the 7 day free trial, it cost me nothing. I think Rocket Lawyer needs to change that. I would have been willing to pay for the documents.

Took payment despite camcellation of subscription.
I tried their template for a distribution contract. It was not useful. Cancelled my free subscription immediately. They still took £209.88.

In order to help form my LLC and create a business account at my bank, Rocket Lawyer created my operating agreements and provided phenomenal legal advice. Also, I needed to make edits to certain language and verbiage and by the ability to edit, my bank approved the changes they needed to see - all while sitting in the chair at the bank on my phone!
