I never brag about websites, but Rula has made selecting a therapist and psychiatrist for my loved one absolutely seamless. I sorted through the list found people comparable to him and his needs. They accepted my insurance and for the past 10 weeks with therapy and treatment he’s been thriving. The booking process is super easy and the services are straight to the point. I had one billing issue and it was resolved with 24 hours. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know for all mental health needs especially since it’s virtual. 10/10

For a first introductory visit with a therapist, I thought it went really well. I felt a nice connection to her, and I felt heard! Those two things matter greatly to me.
