It was very easy to schedule and I loved the automatic scheduled appointments. It was one less thing for me to worry about. It was easier to change the date if needed than to set the whole appointment up. It was really nice that she focused on what we wanted to accomplish. It was nice to be seen and heard, the tele chats were easy. Highly recommend. 10/10
On therapist end... takes 20-30 mins to do the note for session and the windows seem to get stuck over others which is part of the time consuming post session work. I've worked on 2 other platforms and theirs are simpler!!

Scheduling my daughters were appointments was so simple. They even scheduled future appointments ahead of time to secure her spot. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. We love RULA!
The best way to find different therapists to fit your needs. I was able to call Kaiser and get a referral to find a therapist immediately. Very helpful
I was searching for a counsellor. And I ran into this company. My first counsellor was nice, but I did not connect with her. Didn’t they hook me up with a second counter. And she was perfect we connected and I feel I am moving forward and conquering all the fears that I have. I think everyone should have a counsellor at least once in their life. This is the place to come to get the best hook you can get with with a person.
Rula is easy to use and seems very well designed. I gave it 4 stars because it was impossible to make my computer camera work in the link provided. This may have been my computer's fault, for sure, but it would have been nice to have tech support available somewhere.
It’s was easy to find a provider and book an appointment. I like the flexibility seeing a provider online gave me. Everything was simple and streamlined. My provider was good; she listened to my situation and help me identify my issues.
My counselor is amazing! As someone who has been in therapy on and off (mostly on) for 16 years, I can tell you, she has helped me since day one. No need to build rapport, it happened it the first 10 minutes. I’m allowed to be me and not hold anything back with zero judgement or any crazy opinions of what I “should” do. She also is a Christian which is very important to me and I feel refreshed after ever my session. My only worry is my sessions ending before I want.
I don’t even want to give 1 star,do not deal with this company,if you mental health care reach out directly to the source,do not use this company,they owe me over $500.00 from 2 years ago and I’m in a battle to get back,you can email them,no response,you can call them and they say someone will reach out to you and they don’t,Currently putting them on blast with BBB , the story continues,still no check

Wasn't sure what to expect since it was my first time working with them. They are contracted with my insurance and I was assigned a therapist randomly. So far I have had a positive experience. It is a different therapy style than what I have experienced before but I have hit some new things and I am excited to continue. Would recommend giving them a try.
