I had different options from different therapists with different backgrounds, it's amazing. From the very first session with my current therapist I feel like I'm on to something and I work with so many different therapists. I also love their scheduling, they are very flexible very trustworthy payment option is easy and simple. Thank you very much I appreciate you guys

Hesitation was a huge factor! it was a wonderful experience!
I was very hesitant to seek counseling/therapy and Rula gave me the options, covered by my insurance and my therapist is wonderful! I was told that I might need to go through 'several' and I do not need to. I'm very thankful for the whole process.

My therapist, Giovana is a key member of why I highly recommend Rula. As someone who is open yet also selective in who I can trust with sensitive information about my life experiences, it became clear to me that I could open up to her more quickly than most therapists I’ve had in my life. She encourages open-ended questions, she challenges the negative self connotations of myself and the practices that she has taught me have become a weekly occurrence especially during moments when my PMDD triggers Cptsd emotions flashbacks. She is wonderful. I recommend her and Rula to anyone interested in therapy.

Rula is easy to use for pre-visit paperwork and joining an appointment is also easy and convenient.
I was in the driver's seat. I was able to pick a counselor of my choice-one that fits my faith and couseling style.
I was able to narrow the choices of which counselors to choose from, but I had the final say. I did not like better help because it only gave you 1 counselor to choose from when you took a questionnaire and you did not get a say after that. Better help immediately contacted the counselor. I did not like that. I like how RULA puts me in the driver's seat. I like how RULA has a bio on each counselor and also the counselor's years of experience and treatment approach and style of counseling. Being a Christian, I liked that in the counselor's bio it shows their religious affiliation and how they can counsel from a more faith-based strategy if you would like. This is extremely important for me.

I love my therapist but the billing.....
I love my therapist and I love the ability to use her since I wouldn't be able to if it was in person visits. But for all the good the billing department is awful. I have five different charges on my card that are incorrect but it is taking weeks of back and forth to get it resolved with my FSA. Hundreds of dollars when it should be just a copay.

It's easy to schedule or reschedule since you can view openings online. Meeting by Zoom is convenient. When you answer the questionnaire you get the results, and can see your progress.
