It was very easy and quick to book an appointment through Rula. I also appreciate that you have the option to change therapists if the fit isn’t right. So far, I’m very happy with my experience. My therapist is professional, listens without judgment, and provides practical tools to help me manage everyday life. I’ve used Rula for both individual and family therapy and have been very pleased with the experience overall.

It took me 3 tries to find the right fit but Rula made that process as stressless as possible, which I really appreciate. They have fees, and those fees are fair. Its easy to use online and on you phone. I credit Millenials and Gen Zs for this awesome network!

I cried to her multiple times, and she always responded with thoughtful, comforting advice.
Terrible "therapists" who by definition patient abandoned me TWICE, one never showed up and two who mischaracterized facts. If you are doing trauma work STAY AWAY bc my experience has been they are not trained well, are flaky, not compassionate and seemingly hate what they do and are only showing up for a paycheck- at least that is the vibe and attitude I experienced. I've been in great therapeutic relationships before and none of their providers have the skill of an independent truly trauma informed and trained therapist. I found the booking to be terrible the customer service is abhorrent. WORST THERAPY OF MY LIFE! Their therapits only COMPOUNDED my trauma.
UPDATE: I sent to Rula three complaints and requests for medical records to be changed and for answers as to why two therapists patient abandoned me and mischaracterized facts of my history and statements. They gave a partial edit of the incorrect statements made by their therapist and have not even responded to the formal complaints and requests that have been sent over a month ago - Again if you just want to kiki with a person maybe try the platform, but for truly effective and safe therapy STAY AWAY and seek out a independent therapist with a sliding scale, if cost is an issue.

I am not sure if my issues are with Rula or with my specific therapist. My therapist had to reschedule with me twice at the end of sessions and said she would message me, but I never heard from her. I quit my job, but wanted to continue with therapy and told her that. Our last session was June 4 and she said she would be gone during July, so she would reach out to me in August. I found it strange because there were still several weeks we could have had sessions. It was disappointing to be working with someone I feel abandoned by.

Ed is an awesome therapist if you a level 1 ASD child
Ed has been great with my 12 year old, level 1 ASD son. Eduardo has been helping my son process his emotions, putting words to emotions, and how to handle frustration and anger. Eduardo has also helped my son process his feelings about his father and has tried to reach out to his father to build a bridge so both, my son and his father, to help them understand each other.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are holding money they overcharged me for and I’ve been waiting 3 months since they first said they would send it. Multiple calls, emails and no response and no return of my money. Very shoddy business practices. Avoid!

Highly professional and experienced therapists. Client can choose their own therapist easily. Rula is an easy and professional platform with which to work. Highly recommend Rula to anyone.
