My clinician is outstanding! It can be difficult to find a clinician that you 'click' with. I wanted a person who was older (like me). I was paired with a clinician who is a perfect fit.

I'd procrastinated, was intimidated about searching for a counselor after so many years of settling for sub-par MH treatment. Rula made it simple, seamless, intuitive. Rula inspired confidence in me, by making the process easy. They gave me hope that I would finally find and receive the quality care and treatment I deserve. Mission accomplished!
Hidden price hikes and zero billing transparency
This company is practicing highly questionable billing methods. When I signed up, I was explicitly quoted one price, but when the bill posted, I was charged a significantly higher amount. To make matters worse, they store your credit card information on file and automatically process charges without sending any advance notification or invoice. You are left completely in the dark until you happen to check your bank statement and discover unauthorized-feeling amounts missing from your account. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the discrepancy, the experience was entirely inefficient. The support reps were unhelpful, uncommunicative, and ultimately unable (or unwilling) to provide a clear breakdown of why I was overcharged relative to the original quote. Transparency and basic communication are non-existent here. I strongly advise checking your statements closely if you use this service, or better yet, avoiding them altogether to protect yourself from surprise charges.

user friendly and fast response

All of my family has individual therapy sessions with our own therapist and now we are doing family therapy together which I think will help us with issues that are occurring currently and to help with future issues

Rula makes it so easy to connect with a therapist
Rula makes it so easy to connect with a licensed therapist and find a therapy style that works for you. Scheduling is a breeze and the resources are all top notch. Further, the therapist I was assigned has been thoughtful, attentive, and has already provided me with several management strategies for improving my mental well-being. We all benefit from having a good health-care team, and mental health should not be an exception.

Great experience!
So far ive had a great experience with Rula! Ive been able to be consistent with seeing my therapist since theirs scheduling is so easy and thr therapist they have available are great. On top of that, your able to select a therapist that really meets your needs with being able to filter for what you're looking for in a therapist. My only gripe is that thr 24 hour cancelation fee is steep! Otherwise it would be 5 stars!

Thus far my short term experience with finding and scheduling appointments has been very satisfactory on Rula. I have managed to attend my first appointment with whom seems to be a good match and thusly Rula has preemptively scheduled the same time frames for the coming weeks which means I do not have to schedule appointments on my own each week, I appreciate that.
