I know have a lot of things again and…
I know have a lot of things again and was transient land late fee wave because In a car accident and I was in the hospital for a couple days. Didn't realize my payment was coming up so when I got a hospital when I told him they decided not to Wave the late fee. So I know that's part of their job but it's inconvenient for me because I had a situation where I get to my phone for a while.

Great place for Temple student summer storage!
Brian was great. Helped us on short notice, and when it looked like we could work with a smaller unit, he even helped with the transfer and got us into a smaller unit at a better price.

The staff is very helpful
The staff is very helpful. The storage unit is very clean. Steve is very professional and can answer any questions you may have! The hours are great and adjustments can be made to accommodate your schedule. I highly recommend this storage facility! It’s the best!

Very difficult to find carts
Very difficult to find carts. I had to go rent one because none were available during the hours I needed them. Otherwise the facility is clean and Terry is extremely helpful.
