I am temporarily without a primary care physician and I needed a refill authorization on my Armour Thyroid prescription that I have been taking for years. A similar situation occurred 2 years ago and I was given a prescription for 90 days + 3 refills from a Sesame NP (Cassondra). Seeing that your website has been updated since then, it appeared that I needed to pay the additional $99/year for "Sesame plus" to obtain more than a 30day Rx, so I did. Agnes was very helpful, but she informed me that she cannot authorize more than the initial 90day supply (no refills) without my returning for separate tele-visits prior to each of the following 90day intervals even though I paid the annual SesamePlus membership fee... Is this a new legal limitation requirement or just an added method for Sesame to collect more visit fees over the course of the year?

Dr Benjamin Jantzi is great! I’m epileptic and came to the US with no medical support, unsure of what to do or where to go. Dr Jantzi took the time to go over my medical and medication history and included a referral to assist me with finding appropriate neurological care in NY. I had a horrid experience with this site. I was trying to renew a blood pressure medication for my mother-in-law who is visiting us and ran out of her prescription. So I contaced a doctor here and he agreed to send a prescription to a local pharmacy here in NY. When I went to the pharmacy, they told me that he sent an invalid prescription, that was not recognized in NY state. However, the pharmacist tole me, if the doctor himself called, they would give me the prescription. I called the company, messaged it and emailed it begging the doctor to please call the pharmacy and gave them the number. No dice. Instead they sent it to Amazon Pharmacy where it got lost in the administrivia and sent my pharmacy a cancellation form, instead of a simple call which would have gotten me the prescription. So now I've spent over an hour on the phone with Amazon Pharmacy trying to get this straightened out where they could have just resolved it simply with a 2 minute phone call to the pharmacy. And they should also note that they are not giving prescriptions that are valid in NY state.
Was kind, listened and had answers immediately. Cannot ask for more.

I have hypothyroidism and searched up an online doctor that could help specialize in that since I need something other than LEVO because it’s not working. I paid 50$ and the provider didn’t care said she’ll just up my dose can’t prescribe any other medicine that she doesn’t specialize in that. Like I could have gotten that from my regular doctor for free. I told her that my joints are in pain from the hypo if she can give anything even non opioid. She said no to continue taking my Tylenol and ibuprofen. I was so upset crying, and they said they can’t refund me. Please don’t go here they just want your money and don’t care about your health.
