You (kindly) advised that you won’t issue a prorated refund when the site doesn’t work for my needs, but you didn’t offer to assist me trying resolve the issue. I’ve never constructed a website before and really had no idea how to do it. It was not a “simple as 1,2,3” process.

The website editing is good, though not many features can be unlocked with free mode. However, after a while, my best websites kept showing up as "been removed". There is no way to fix it and I didn't delete my own website. I contacted the help team but it has been over 2 months and they haven't got back to me. Losing this much work is frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this.

I had my website up on this platform for a year and they decided to delete the entire page, no warning, no explanation, no response to my email asking why. No type of customer service at all. POS company.

This is by far the BEST DYI Website builder I've found yet! Their chatbot help is superb and extremely helpful. They are constantly improving and bettering their software. They offer a WIDE variety of pictures for use--even in the Free version! I'm super impressed with the templates, color options, fonts, and so much more! They have made it pretty simple to even plug in other outside software, Like Square, and such for appointment scheduling and payment processing (or they too offer scheduling). They have such versatility, that I can even see myself recommending them to anyone in the near future!!!
