no answers, placed an order on 4-8-24, still hasn't shipped, no one can tell me when, just send a link to a portal that tells me nothing,even though the order was paid in full at time of order. used to be able to depend on toolots. now its like depending on a toddler at best, sad to see this company go down hill so fast and furios, have been checking every week sometimes twice a week and still nothing for a month now. The worst. Kept my money, never shipped anything at all. Holding my money hostage while they review my order. Has been weeks. I asked for a refund; never received. They told me it would be 30-45 days before a supervisor for even look at my order. I filed a chargeback bc I cancelled the order and was not refunded. Credit card company is dealing with it. Horrible experience.

Went weeks without getting any shipping/tracking information. Finally received package, then two weeks after I received the product I received the tracking confirmation. What a mess. So took weeks to ship, shipped with no email confirmation and then sent shipping confirmation weeks after receiving the package.

I made a parts order for around $1,000 including shipping. Toolots lost it for over a month. Multiple calls and emails to shippers and Toolots were fruitless, Toolots never once responded. With about 20 calls, I got a human at Toolots once. Now a shipper is coming after me for $55 per day storage for the shipment due to collect freight charges since Toolots didn't pay them, and didn't answer their calls for weeks. It's hard to say how bad this basic order is going to get before it is over with. I'm currently on a call with Toolots with their typical 'open line, background noise'. Call them and try to get in touch with someone in order status or returns, you'll see.

Money transaction was quick and easy. Still waiting on email confirmation with proof of purchase and delivery info.
Also I stated my urgency on needing this shipped quickly since I have customers waiting on product from me and can not be completed without the new lathe. Ordered on Monday was charged in full on Monday and now it's Friday still no email or any info letting me know what is going on.
Feeling like I should've purchased from Little machine shop also in California. Received my last order from them in 4 days.

The Sales team are hard to work with they can never give you a clear ETA. I ordered a product and was told they would get shipped as soon as possible my client needs them.
