I really liked the tall stand and the fitted mat, and the fact that the water bowls would stay in place well due to the fitting in the mat and bowls. I purchased everything in a size Large. Unfortunately the water bowls, are not enough to get our two malamutes through our 8-hour workday. I was actually refilling them every 4-5 hours over the weekend. We went back to our larger metal bowls, but of course they sit a bit precariously now on top of a mat that has two lumps to fit the Trot bowls. So, I love the wooden stand, I love the fitted mat, love the concept, but large dogs need large bowls and these are not large enough for a water bowl or a supper dish, unfortunately.

The Trot Pets yellow medium bowls with the matching 6" stand were an instant win in our house. The size is spot‑on, the stand is sturdy, and the bright yellow looks fantastic in the kitchen. Most importantly, our dog Gracie Ray adapted immediately — no hesitation, no sniff‑and‑retreat, just walked up and used it like it had always been hers. Great design, great usability, and genuinely dog‑approved.
MADE IN CHINA and Trot does not respond to concerns
SENT To trot pets on 4-8-26, on 4-16-26 and again 6-14-26 NO RESPONSE From TROTPETS I have purchased water bowls from other providers that are made from stainless steel 304 and it states that on the bottom of their bowls, plus that they are made in the USA. Your slow feeder I purchased does not state it's made from stainless steel 304 but it does state it's made in China! I was under the impression that if it was made of stainless steel 304 it would state that on the product. But being it's made in China makes me feel I do not think my pet is safe. Why is this fact NOT stated on your website that you say it's 304 but it is not on the product and you should mention that it's made in China. If that would have been posted on your site to tell you the truth I would not have purchased the bowl. What proof can a customer get from you regarding the above? I do not recommend their products not only for what I mentioned above but more importantly because I ahve addressed this concern with them 3 times and no response from them. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA and stainless steel 304 is NOT stamped on the product. G A from Illinos

In fast shipping but when it arrived the table board was a little broken and they put me two different screws to put it on for the price it's not worth it Because over time it will be broken by the weight and movement.

Troy Snack Trays are the best!
I tried the Trot Snack Trays tonight with my two Dobermans. I was unsure if the trays would be strong enough to stand up to them. I’m glad to report they are still intact and my girls loved them with peanut butter and yogurt. Everything Trot makes has been perfect.

Perfect Bowl Set for Frenchies
I ordered 2 bowl sets. They arrived promptly & are perfect for my puppies now & once they are adults. I love how the bowls' magnetic grip prevents the dogs from knocking the bowls over. The slow feeder is great. Colors are beautiful.

Kibbles get stuck. No response from support.
We took a chance on this bowl even though it was expensive compared to other slow feeders because we liked the looks and solidness. Turns out the medium sized bowl gets kibbles stuck between the raised bumps and the side of the bowl — so stuck that our 40 lb licks the bowl with force that we worry about her damaging her gums. Why 2 stars? I’d originally give 4 considering the high cost, 3 for the kibbles getting stuck, and down to 2 for reaching out to support and getting no response.

Ordered TWO of these feeding stations
Ordered TWO of these feeding stations, one assembled perfectly the other did NOT! The tray was received BOWED, which does not allow a tight fit to the stand. Have attempted to reach the company three times with NO RESPONSE. I paid a lot of money for these feeders which initially looked worth it, but now I’m completely questioning my decision. I’m going to keep emailing, which is the only option for complaints or returns, until I hopefully resolve the issue. Price has ALWAYS dictated my expectations, and in this case, completely dissatisfied and disillusioned by Trot pets🤬 I would not buy from them again.
