I ordered 2 large elevated dog bowl systems and both came broken. I have written them 3 times and no response. Sent your money and find a reputable company. Definitely NOT the quality that went with the price.

After contacting Trot Pets multiple…
After contacting Trot Pets multiple times through email and their website the only ways they allow customers to contact them and sending pictures of my entire damaged order, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I never received a response back. It has been over a week with absolutely no communication, and the damaged box is still sitting on my kitchen table.(which is now going out with the trash tomorrow) Do not waste your money or your time ordering from this company. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable brand that actually responds to its customers and cares !
Quality Dog bowls!
Product as described. Did med stans w good and water bowls in olive green with plastic covers. One is the covers was cracked upon arrival. I sent ah email with a picture to customer service. They shipped a replacement cover the next day.

Almost perfect
Overall bowls are appealing and seems to slow down feeding time. There are magnets underneath but my senior eight pound dog still manages to move the bowls. The mat has a groove around the interior perimeter which makes it harder to clean and is annoying when just trying to do a quick wipe. In spite I’d still purchase again. These replaced weather tech feeder which did not offer puzzle bowls.

Meh…
Meh. Bamboo came with predrilled holes that did not align with the holes on the legs. Had to rig it up and it was still wobbly. The mat and dog bowls are nice. Hopefully we get refunded for the bamboo stand.
product quality decreased since original
Not as good as the original product I purchased via kickstarter under the old owners, yet it’s $50 more. The water bowl bottom is thin and makes a popping sound when there’s a sudden temperature change to it like when washing with warm water or adding cold water for my dog to drink. I’ll keep this and use it but I would not buy another nor recommend it to others anymore.

Product was damaged upon opening and trying to get an exchange/refund has been impossible. I have contacted the help email several times and the chat as well. I had one response after my first email saying they would look at pictures (which I sent) then they would contact me. It’s been over 2 weeks without a response.
