Within 12 months, TruGreen damaged my house through errant spraying of an oil-based pesticide and severely damaged my lawn beyond repair. I expressed concerns about the extent of the damage on several occasions; however, the area manager ignored me. When they finally made a site visit, they acknowledged that the damage could have been mitigated and that it resulted from their poor service. Yet, they refused to compensate me, offering only free services. I ultimately had to re-sod my entire lawn.

I have used TrueGreen for over 10 years. Last year was terrible resulting in part of my back yard dead. They has manager come last October and said they would replace the sod in the spring if it did not come back. Came out in April and agreed to replace sod. Next thing I heard from new manager that they would not replace the sod. After many discussions with MANY different people they refused to accept responsibility for my dead grass and terrible lawn. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
I've had trugreen for at least a year but they burnt my whole front lawn , I called to cancel but keep getting the run around, no call or plan has been made from the manager Josh or Joshua something like that in the Fayetteville NC area so I keep calling to cancel but they keep saying wait the manager Josh will call u but no call , All I can do is put in a claim to get the money back I'm spending to fix my lawn because trugreen is a scam and doesn't believe in taking ownership. Just had Sam carry out Scarification, Aeration, seeding, top dressing and much more. The weather was on our side, but now I wish it would rain for the next 28 days (lol). Sam's manner was first-class and very knowledgeable, and he gave some sound advice on what to expect and how to keep the lawn in top condition. Highly recommended.

This company is impossible to deal with. From the automated system , to missed scheduling, to the lawn treatment they are a mess. I have never had more weeds than I have now.

Lousy communication no CUSTOMER SERVICE wouldn’t listen to me on the phone. After discussing with a “chat agent” that someone would call me to make an appointment to come to my house and discuss my needs; I get a phone call with a pushy salesman {Rafizal} who doesn’t wanna listen to anything I say. Just trying sell me a package for $430 and not send anybody or come to my house to see what needs to be done. He said “I can see on Google maps you have beautiful lawn”. Yeah that was how many years ago when Google Maps took the pictures??? Zero CUSTOMER SERVICE! They wanted to come to my house and fertilize the dirt on the front! Our lawn was full of weeds and barely any grass under our one tree. Now it is lush and green the technicians have been very helpful in giving us watering and mowing advice as well. I would recomend Tru Geen over the copmpetion hands down!

Began service last June for a one year agreement. Contracted number of services were not completed last year and would rollover this calendar year. However, we are billed for some of those contracted. A couple of emails to their support department response with confusing reply’s.
