This works great and the water taste is also great, after about 9 months of usage had to replace the power supply but I reach out to the technical service team and they sent me a new one for free right away💪🏼 overall I recommend this product and the company behind it!!!

Great customer service. I recently encountered an issue with replacing my first undersink filter. My concerns and issues were professionally addressed and resolved. I have had my filter for 7 months, have successfully replaced my first filter and have been enjoying the absence of bottled water. No more hauling cases of bottles, Taking up prime fridge space, and my recycling has significantly reduced. Keep up the great work!
Waterdrop and moreover Siki provided me a super extra service. Fast answer, , great solution and promise respected. The product is great and beautiful. The only advise I can say it’s to provide more information in order to install the countertop (I had to check the YouTube video). Apart this, I would recommend at 100%. I replaced a 7-year-old tank type RO system with this one under the sink. This machine puts out more water faster and never stops or runs out. It has sufficient pumping power for my refrigerator and went in fairly easily. One caveat for people is they need to make sure not only do they have an electric cloud at under their sink but it is not tied to the disposal switch. In my case both outlets went off and all of the disposal so I actually had to run a new outlet. That being said it's all done and the unit is awesome

Although the delivery was delayed due to issues with DHL in the Balearic Islands, the Waterdrop support team was outstanding throughout the entire process. I have this unit for 6 years and has been serving us well. Easy to replace the filters and the costs are reasonable, water tastes pretty good throughout the year, more salty at the end but manageable. Would recommend it to anybody.
First off system is well put together instructions installing it was relatively easy It worked exactly as described. flushing, and all very happy with the unit.My family is enjoying very clean water now.
