Our chairs got stolen right where our security camera was fixed. When I tried to review the clip to see who stole the chairs, there were no recordings. I called for help, and I was told they will send me a tech at my expense. I am not sure what I am paying the monthly charge for!

The technician did not show up. When I called to check the status, I was told that it was notated thy the technician called my phone and didn’t receive an answer, therefore they did not show up. After checking my call log, I noticed ONE missed call from an unknown number that could have been the technician. However, there was no voicemail nor was there another attempt made to reach me. The only resolution was to reschedule 2 weeks out when I’ve already waited 3 weeks. This is not acceptable and I no longer want Ackerman services. I’m looking elsewhere

The tech was friendly and courteous. it was my fault the system was inoperative. I explained what happened and he made the slight repair and tested the system. he didn't even charge me. there are still good people in the world. we need to always fight for each other too.

Very pleasant young man. Called before arrival was on the early side of the time frame. Arrived in an ackermann vehicle, wore a mask, used shoe coverings. Total time spent was about 30-45 minutes to bring my alarm up to date
