I have reached out to Dante support 3 times regarding issues registering my sample kit (order US15735W) and received no response. I paid hundreds of dollars for sequencing and it appears to be a scam. I've emailed once more this evening. I'll report my experience to the FTC if I don't hear anything within a week. It appears you should avoid this company.
Paid for a kit and enhanced genomic screening ... sent my kit off and it's been two months with nothing heard back. I've emailed and filled out 'Contact Us' forms with no response.
My good for analysis samples were received on 07.02.2023, and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY RESULT. The last time I contacted them, on January 28, 2024, they put my sample in processing, and it is still in that state. A year and a half to process my sample?! At this point, I wouldn't trust any result they provide. Count me in if there is any class-action against this fraudulent company; I will help with anything possible.
Ordered 3 DNA kits in May 2023 (orders EU29308W, GFX0427323, EU29312W). It’s now been over 17 months with no results and no meaningful communication. We’ve contacted support multiple times and received no resolution. We’re still hoping to receive either the results or a full refund. Will update this review based on the company’s response.

I have tried to review Dante Labs numerous times and my review keeps disappearing on Tustpilot. Suspicious. I bought my kit December 2023 - no response yet, the arrival was confirmed awaiting QC. They dont respond to ECC, nor any other European Agency for Consumer Control. Hence I have taken legal action and forwarded everything to the police. No response or result yet. Do Not trust this company!!!! Last attemot on Customer Service was in March (12th overall)

I ordered 2 kits Dec 2023. After back and forth, Dante acknowledged they would process the 2 kits enumerated on Feb 21, 2024. I have emailed numerous times since (10ish) and have received absolutely no response. Needed guidance for undiagnosed medical issues. Have since ordered from Sequencing.com twice for other family members and have received those results in a timely fashion. So angry. In USA you can also report at reportfraud.ftc.gov. It won't help us recover $ but possibly stop them from stealing $ and frankly, our genomic info. I didn't consider this a fraud until after 6 months of waiting for genetic reports hadn't shown up.
Dante Labs has provided me with the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I sent in TWO DNA kits, and over a year later, I have received no results and zero communication despite submitting multiple “Contact Us” forms and follow-up inquiries. This is not just a delay—this is a complete failure of service and accountability. At this point, I can only conclude that Dante Labs is either grossly mismanaged or deliberately ignoring customers once they’ve been paid. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company. There are plenty of other providers out there—don’t waste your time or money with Dante Labs.

I ordered a 'MyGenome Sequencing Test' with '8 weeks Turnaround Time' on the 5th of February of 2023, which i returned in due time at the time. It has been over 2 years now waiting for results. Everyone should away from this scam.
As with many other the company is not being responsive. I got my results back when they were still active but now that I'm requesting my raw data (which I paid for) they just ignore my messages

Ordered two test kits in Jan 2024. Test kits arrived, did the test and sent it in. Somehow the shipment was never received by their lab in Italy. I paid for two replacement test kits, they arrived, were sent in, and confirmed to have arrived in the dashboard. But have been waiting ever since, this has been over a year now. Looks to me that this is a total scam!
