Questionable service
Second time I have been stood up for a service appointment. This appointment was to fix a problem from the very first service appointment not being done properly. Both times I got excuses why they couldn’t show up. Called the main service number and was assured my request would be elevated. There has been zero contact since. Think twice if you are considering this company for your home. Wish I had.

Had the system installed about 6 weeks ago.system doesn’t fix hard water which is what I paid for. They haven responded to any of my calls. These people are the worst. Turned it over to my attorneys.

Zero honesty Zero integrity
Zero honesty Zero integrity Avoid this company as a whole at all cost. Buy anything from anywhere else. Read reviews on multiple platforms before you buy! They will all say the same.. Leaf Home Water Solutions is a predatory marketing focused company that is not concerned with what you actually need as a customer. After being lied to on every detail of sale. From free service, free water testing, what system we needed, free system move when you move, down to how much salt and electricity the system uses. So many claims and promises made. Took nearly a month to even get a call back. Now after 2 months of going back and forth, Regional Installation Manager agrees we were upsold and Regional Service Manager disagrees and is only offering a free reverse osmosis system that he has been made aware wont work with our home set up. Leaf came out at the end of Dec and conducted a second water test and that test proved we in fact did NOT need the extra filters we were sold… only a softener. The company has refused to remove the upsold filters and refund us. Regional Service Manager is only concerned with pushing yet another product for us to rely on THEM to service and purchase filters as they do not sell them individually without paying for a service tech to install. Regional Service Manager even lied in their email to me saying the test results show we need the filter… yet I have the results.. they also refused to send me an itemized receipt of all parts purchased.

I was lucky enough to have Dustin come for our first yearly checkup. He was so knowledgeable, clearly answered all my questions, handled the problems we had and gave me his personal contact for any questions or issues going forward. He has been faithful in answering any texts, questions and requests I've sent his way since. This guy deserves to go far. As far as the system, we are nearly 3 years in and happy with our purchase. The first year was confusing as something had clogged and water was not actually cycling through our softner (a problem that Dustin fixed) and we did not remember being told that a yearly checkup would be required, but beyond those things the system is working wonderfully. We love our RO, which has, frankly, made us water snobs.

Well worth our time even if we did not buy a solution to our problems...but we did. We felt very good about our decision to buy from Leaf Home Water Solutions. Alex Rosario did the install yesterday of a complete water purification system. Excellent work and I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend for water softening, carbon filter and UV filtration.
I have a 50 gpd under sink ro system
I have a 50 gpd under sink ro system. I am trying to change out the filters but can not find them anywhere. Leaf Home Water solutions informs me that they do not sell the part to service their systems. I can schedule a technician to come out and service my unit for $198 and every year for eternity. I do not need a technician, only the filters. This was never mentioned when the unit was ordered. If it were there would have been no sale.

Leaf Home Water Solutions LLC misled me…
Leaf Home Water Solutions LLC misled me during the installation and sale of a water filtration system in my home. The company’s actions have resulted in significant financial loss, poor product performance, and inadequate customer support. On November 18, 2025, Leaf Home Water Solutions installed a water filtration system under misleading circumstances. Despite my explicit request for a salt-free system, the company installed a salt-based filtration system without my consent while I was not at home. After discovering this, I immediately contacted the operations manager, Mr. Matthew Muxlow, to request a replacement with the correct salt-free model. Unfortunately, Mr. Muxlow refused to address my concerns or offer a resolution. Since the installation, the water quality has worsened rather than improved. The total dissolved solids (TDS) level increased from under 150 ppm to over 400 ppm, and the chlorine level has also risen significantly. This indicates that the installed system is underperforming and failing to provide basic water filtration benefits as advertised. In addition, I was charged $5,800, a price that appears substantially higher than the market rate for comparable systems. I believe this overcharge and misleading sales process constitute an unfair and deceptive business practice. The company has also failed to follow up, inspect the water quality, or provide any remedy despite multiple requests. I respectfully advise people to beware and study any transaction with this company carefully. I will suggest the following: A full review of Leaf Home Water Solutions’ business practices.
