I’m trying to check in for my flight. You’re trying to sell me things I don’t need. I’m being picked up by family and staying with them. I still don’t know if I’m checked in. When did United start charging for seats? Did they expect me to stand on the flight. I’m not sure if I need your services at all.

Thank you for your feedback. Many airlines are now charging for things that use to be included with the ticket price, such as baggage and seat assignments. This is an airline policy that we have no voice in. If you elect not to purchase a pre-paid seat in advance, you will be assigned a Free seat at random from whatever seat that are still available by the airline when you check-in for your flight, 24hours before flight time. If you have checked in should have received your seat and a boarding pass. Please contact the travel agency or the airline directly, if you need assistance, We will be happy to help.

Customers are provided with the opportunity to upgrade the airfare type to a less restrictive ticket that are generally higher in price. We regret your experience did not meet expectations.

A THIRD PARTY DISASTER
LOOK, make sure you are aware this is a 3rd party site. They are NOT the airline and will nickle and dime you. There service center is located outside the US and therefore you will be communicating through a very garbled phone system with service members who speak english but maybe with an accent. Not usually a problem unless their phone lines are scratchy which make feeling like you are being heard or understood very frustrating. The entire process was a chore, energy sucking and or course, there are hoops to jump that are not a part of the airline but the hurdles to get to a live person, cancel and get confirmation takes patience and stamina.
