Overall experience
Once I figured out the web site, things went smoothly. Your Service Reps have always been helpful and pleasant. We use a lot of #40 metallics. It appears that either Paper Mart is getting out of that size of ribbon, or you are having difficulty with your Chinese suppliers. And, unfortunately, your service reps have no clue as to which is true. I like dealing with Paper Mart, and would lilke to continue, however, if you are not going to carry #40 ribbon anymore, I will have to find another supplier.

I called asking for boxes to be ready…
I called asking for boxes to be ready just before the warehouse was set to close. Timing worked out well and all was good. I was disappointed that 2mil 2” plastic packing tape was not available in bundles of 6, my only option was to purchase them in boxes of 36 or more. I had to do without, despite my asking for the lesser quantity.

Great balue and quality.
I have found great value ribbon that I couldn’t find elsewhere at these prices. I just ordered mesh for the first time and can’t wait to see how it comes. I have a little problem with website but make it work.

Wrong Product, Cant Return
Your system claims that I have always purchased a size smaller than i buy because it arrived and it is smaller than my last purchase visibly by at least 4in, you wont return it without me paying to return which costs more than the product itself. I called customer service and they didn't even listen to my concerns because apparently you dont sell a larger size even though your website says you do. I reordered with a different company and will not be ordering from you again

Bad experience shipping with Fed Ex
Overall, Papermart has good products at a fair price. However, the only option they offer for shipping is Fed Ex. Due to issues with Fed Ex, we did not receive our most recent order and it was returned to PaperMart. We would order again from them, but only if they offer a different shipping option.
